UPS (Unified Pension Scheme) is a new Pension Scheme launched by Indian Government for Government and Private Employees. The government on Saturday 24th August 2024 approved the Unified Pension Scheme (UPS) for central government employees which is expected to impact 23 lakh employees, aimed at providing financial security and stability for government workers after their retirement.
